WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED DURING A HOME CLEANING?: We treat your home with the upmost respect and care however if something does get damaged by one of our staff we will repair the damaged item.
WHAT IF MY MAID MISSED A SPOT?: please do not hesitate to call us right away. We want to ensure that your home is being cleaned to your standards after all it is your home!
DO I PROVIDE CLEANING SUPPLIES OR EQUIPMENT?: Homemaids will provide all supplies and equipment.
WHAT IF MY HOME CLEANING FALLS ON A HOLIDAY?: We will work with your schedule to find an alternate day.
HOW DO I PAY FOR RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICES?: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit. All services must be paid for at the time services are rendered. If you prepay for your service you can receive up to a 20% discount! Ask us for details.
DOES HOMEMAIDS OFFER CARPET CLEANING?: At this time Homemaids does not offer carpet cleaning.
